Coronavirus - Centre Update

Dear customers

Following our update yesterday and the government’s decision to close schools from tomorrow afternoon until further notice, I am emailing to inform you that we have taken the decision to close our centre as of 10pm on Friday 20th March.

Until now, we have maintained ‘business as usual’ in these difficult times and our team have worked tirelessly to maintain even higher levels of cleanliness around the building. We thank you, our incredibly loyal and valued customers, for your support during these trying times and we hope that you understand that this decision has been made for the best of our staff, customers and wider community.

The great area of unknown is how long we may have to close for, and I have to ensure the future success of the centre. As an independent, not for profit business, this is going to have a huge impact on us however, by taking this decision now, we hope to protect our business for the future.

I understand this will be disappointing for some of you but I want to assure you that we intend to re-open when the government make it clear that it is safe to do so. At that time we will be in a position to rebook any sessions that won’t now take place and, hopefully, bounce back better and stronger. Should the government guidance change, we will reassess our position as quickly as possible n notify you via our website and social media.

Our team will not be at the centre and no one will be able to answer your phone calls. If your enquiry is urgent, please email info@bromleytenniscentre.co.uk and a member of the team will respond as soon as our business is operating again.

Thank you again for your understanding. The support we have received from you has been overwhelming, we will be forever grateful.

We’re in this together. Stay safe and take care of yourself.

Sarah, Steve and the entire BTC team
