Founder The management company which operates Bromley Tennis Centre is Virtus, founded by Steve, an ex-GB tennis player and coach and with considerable experience in tennis centre management.
General Manager Sarah has a degree in Sports Development and Coaching Science. She is also one of our Tots coaches and also an ABTO Part 2 Official. Sarah is part of our Safeguarding Team
Centre Manager James is also a Level 3 coach with a degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology
Assistant General Manager Emma has a degree in BioVeterinary Science. She is also one of our Tots coaches. Emma is part of our Safeguarding Team.
Head of Tennis Clint leads a team of coaches and apprentice coaches. He is a Level 5 Coach, an Ex-Junior Davis Cup Player for New Zealand and Ex-National Coach for New Zealand. Clint is part of our Safeguarding Team.
Head of Mini Tennis Luke is a Level 4 Coach and won the LTA coach of the Year award. He is also a Coach Education Tutor
Community and Disability Programme Coordinator Tom is also the Head of Bounce and an LTA Level 2 Coach. He is also the Centre Manager for Bucks Indoor Tennis Centre Tom is part of our Safeguarding Team.
Head of Perfomance He is an LTA Level 5 Master Performance Coach and has played to international level, ranked top 280 and is the only British player to win Tarbes.
Marketing and Communications Administrator Anna writes all of our emails and social media and is also part of Programme Team.
Head of Strength and Conditioning Gareth has an MSc in Sport S&C, BSc PE in Sports Science and Psychology. He is an Accredited Coach ASCC (UKSCA), a Certified Coach CSCS (NSCA), a Corrective Exercise Specialist CES (NASM), a Sports Massage Therapist (ITEC), a Titleist Performance Institute certified Gold Fitness Professional.
Coach Education Coordinator Sue is also a Level 5 Coach.
Operations Manager (Facility) Louise is the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy Programme Manager. Louise is the Welfare Office for BTC and part of the Safeguarding Team

Administrator Jo started her tennis career in one of our beginner lessons.
Manager (Operations) Chrissie has been away on maternity leave for the last year but is back and raring to go. She has been a key part of the team since the Centre opened.
Head of Tots Tennis Sally is a Level 2 Coach and a Tots Tennis Specialist.
Head of Junior Tennis Dean is a Level 3 Club Coach, an ABTO Official and is our Leader Co-ordinator.
Tennis Coach Toby is a Level 3 coach and enjoys coaching all ages and abilities.
Tennis Coach Jimmy is a Level 4 Performance Coach. He lead his own Performance programme and has over 10 years' experience coaching club, county, regional, national and international level players.
Josh is a Level 4 Performance coach. He has captained several of Devon's ladies and junior teams, and has had success coaching players of all ages.
Tennis Coach Lauren is a Level 4 Performance coach. She played full time tennis and went on the Women’s pro circuit. She is also an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (UKSCA), CSCS, with a BSc in S&C.
Tennis Coach Chris is a Level 4 coach and has previously coached in both Greece and Vienna.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Jonathan is part of the Strength and Conditioning team at Bromley Tennis Centre and works to deliver the youth athletic development squads, individual coaching. His aim is to help clients from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals.
Tennis Coach Sharon is Level 3 Club Coach and PGCE qualified teacher. She is a parent of former national level player. She has competed in ITF seniors competition and international masters Olympic weightlifting.
Competition Organiser Graham is an R2 ABTO/LTA Official. He is a Tournament Director and organises the Virtus LTA Graded Tournaments and Regional LTA events. He is also a member of the Kent Tennis Council.
Racket Stringer Mike used to string at Wimbledon and is now an Honorary Steward.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Jack is part of the strength and conditioning team at Move4Sport and has been working in S&C for the past 5 years. He has worked with a large number of athletes ranging from youth level to Olympic athletes, across multiple sports. His passion lies with junior athletes and guiding them through a path of long-term athletic development.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Connie is a qualified level 4 S&C coach, dance teacher and is currently studying for her MSc in Strength and Conditioning. Connie also has a specific interest in helping athletes prevent injury.
