    I've been in the sports and fitness industry for over 15 years working as a sports coach, fitness instructor, personal trainer, sports massage therapist and strength and conditioning coach. My client base varies from elite sports men and women, to juniors just starting out on their physical development. I specialise in youth long term athletic development.   • JONATHON

    I'm a strength and conditioning coach and I work to deliver youth athletic development squads as well as coach individuals. I've worked as a personal trainer and have a great passion for endurance sports. I really love helping clients from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals; whether they're competing in an event, or just improving their body composition and well-being.
